Workwear, PPE & Safety

Branded and unbranded protective equipment, compliance uniforms and safety signage — specified against the standard you actually have to meet.

Pillar 02

Compliance is the floor, not the goal

PPE gets bought twice: once to pass the audit, and again when staff quietly stop wearing it because it is uncomfortable. We specify against the standard first, then against the shift — because equipment that gets taken off is not protective equipment.

PPE kits & personal protection

Helmets, safety boots, hi-visibility vests, eye and hearing protection, gloves and respiratory equipment — issued as a per-role kit rather than a shopping list, so a new starter on site is fully equipped on day one.

Kits can be branded or unbranded. Branded kit reduces shrinkage and makes contractor identification instant on a mixed site.

Compliance uniforms & branded workwear

Conti suits, overalls, flame-retardant and acid-resistant garments, and the compliance uniforms that control rooms and security floors are required to run. Branded at the same time so you are not paying twice for the same garment.

Heavy-duty branded workwear for industrial sites, and event staff apparel for the days when the crowd needs to know who is staff at a glance.

First aid, hygiene & signage

Regulation first aid kits with a scheduled restock so expired contents are replaced before an inspection finds them. Sanitisers, masks and hygiene consumables on standing order.

Safety and compliance signage — site, event and crowd management — produced through Motswako's existing graphic communication capability, which means large format is already in-house.

Standing service

The part most suppliers skip

01

Risk walk-through

We walk the site with your SHE representative and specify per role, not per building.

02

Issue register

Who received what, when, and in what size — the record an inspector asks for first.

03

Expiry tracking

First aid contents, respiratory filters and harnesses tracked to their replacement date.

04

Scheduled replenishment

Standing delivery against consumption, so nothing runs out between audits.

Let us specify against your risk assessment.

Send through your SHE requirements and headcount by role. We will come back with a per-role kit specification and a consolidated quote.
