Rollout
We meet the guidance team, confirm which data the school already holds and agree the grades to start with.
Learners complete the personality, emotional intelligence and interest assessments online, in scheduled sessions.
Academic results are combined with the assessment inputs and the forecast is generated per learner and per cohort.
A working session with the guidance team on reading the output, followed by parent reporting.
